You Are What You Do!

In the past, my efforts to maintain a healthy diet have been filled with ups and downs, often causing me to fall back into old habits. I’m taking a new approach to my health journey.

I’ll begin by affirming, "I love myself, and I value my body." Staying healthy is a challenge for everyone, but supermarkets don’t make it any easier, with unhealthy foods cleverly placed to tempt us at the front of aisles or near the cashier. I’m determined to resist those tactics. I’m committed to change and will keep reminding myself of my goal to eat healthier. I also plan to add more exercise and meditation to my routine, as I believe these practices will help support my goals.
