Structured or Not

Papers everywhere, home in disarray, or simply not organized!

Do you feel like your life is all over the place, lacking structure, or do you have everything together, where each day flows smoothly and effortlessly?

When life coaches mention "structures," they typically refer to systems that help us manage recurring tasks or processes. Classes, routines, and protocols are examples of life structures that keep us on track. But can we truly stick to a rigid schedule?

What if you have your own methods and think, "My life is structured and organized"? You set appointments, make lists, wake up on time, and stick to a routine, feeling great. Yet, sometimes it still feels chaotic, especially on days when things don’t go as planned. I’ve been there too, and I’m not claiming perfection—I hope you don’t either.

I have a collection of books on organization for moments when I need guidance on unfamiliar tasks. I call them my go-to resources. I also explore blogs and websites for advice because, after all, “we are all in this together,” and we’re here to help each other.

If you constantly find yourself lost in a paper trail, unable to decipher the mess, or needing help with a project, this blog is for you. Explore other blogs and websites too. I’ve followed Ruth Soukup for a while now; she shares simple steps to help you get organized. Check her out for inspiration!
