Think of the butterfly while your going through the rough times during COVID-19. They represent life all around the world. People all around the world view the butterfly as representing Endurance, Change, Hope and Life. While you sit at home in isolation either by yourself or with your family:
These are just My thoughts:
Endurance: Getting through the tough times no matter what. Pressing forward and maintaining the mind set to stay positive. Keeping negativity and those who produce it away from you. Reminding yourself that you are going to get though this and that God says all thing are possible if you only believe in him.
Change: It is a fact and a part of life. Realize that it will happen and there is nothing you can do about it. Except it, Embrace it, live with it, and go through it. Remember you are not the only one going through at this present moment in time.
Hope: As noted in the word of God. It is the result of Faith; Which is the substance of things hoped for. Believing that you will come out of this even though you do not see the way out. Staying strong no matter what and grounded in the word, you will be ok.
Life: So So full of surprises. Who knew that on April 10, 2020 “Good Friday” we would be stuck in the house. (Enjoying one another of course.) Make the best of your current situation. It will get better in the days to come. Spend this time reflecting on who you are and who you want to be.
What have I done so far: Played board games, Read magazines, caught up on Hulu and Netflix reconnected with family members, colored cookies, and of course worked from home a lot remotely while helping the girls with their on-line assignments. What have I especially done; worn my mask and gloves outside especially in public places, and followed the advice of all the Local, and State officials. Please stay safe 6 feet apart and #stayhome if you do not need to go outside, until we are back to normal. Life matters, and my condolencences to all those families who have lost loved ones during this COVID-19 pandemic.
I have attached a video from Iyanla Vanzant https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAYczQYB_kE called "You don't have to be a virus victim" Please watch it when you get a moment. It is truly inspiring. Until next time love you all.
